Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at daniel.alkchila@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please note that shipping protection charges and final sale items are non-refundable
